Abstract Atherosclerosis is a progressive inflammatory disease characterised by excessive lipid accumulation and cell infiltration the basis of most cardiovascular diseases peripheral arterial diseases. Therefore, an effectively targeted delivery system urgently needed to deliver ferroptosis‐specific inhibitors site plaque microenvironment. In order to improve Doxorubicin (Dox) targeting in vivo and reduce toxicity, use the ligand 2-deoxy-aminoglucose (2DG) modify form a new anti-tumor drug. The products was charactered by 1H-NMR, MS, research near-infrared imaging. Compared with Dox , product treating MCF-7 U87MG cells shows higher antitumor activity vitro MTT assay. conclusion, modified effectively enhance pharmacodynamics contrast Dox, it would be potential therapeutic drug for cancer.
