Whether allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) can improve the outcome of high-risk relapse(HR) acute myeloid leukemia(AML) patients with t(8;21) in first complete remission (CR1) is still unknown. 76 t(8;21)AML CR1 were analyzed.
