Abstract Dielectric polymers for electrostatic energy storage suffer from low density and poor efficiency at elevated temperatures, which constrains their use in the harsh-environment electronic devices, circuits, systems. Although incorporating insulating, inorganic nanostructures into dielectric promotes temperature capability, scalable fabrication of high-quality nanocomposite films remains a formidable challenge. Here, we report an all-organic composite comprising blended with...

Abstract High‐temperature capability is critical for polymer dielectrics in the next‐generation capacitors demanded harsh‐environment electronics and electrical‐power applications. It well recognized that energy‐storage capabilities of are degraded drastically with increasing temperature due to exponential increase conduction loss. Here, a general scalable method enable significant improvement high‐temperature capacitive performance current reported. The properties terms discharged energy...

Initiation of new subduction zones is an integral part Earth's plate tectonics regime. It generally accepted that the negative buoyancy sufficiently old oceanic lithosphere provides primary driving force for initiation. However, dynamic processes initiation are still debated. In this paper, we summarize representative geological records initiation, including supra-subduction zone (SSZ) ophiolitic mélanges, forearc basalts and metamorphic soles, review four typical mechanisms using natural...

We report here on one-dimensional (1D) grating couplers based hybrid silicon/LNOI platform for polarization-independent and high-efficient single-polarization coupling efficiencies. A low index oxide buffer layer was introduced in between the top silicon high coupler bottom LNOI waveguide. With optimal design of thicknesses, modal matches can be tuned either single polarization or both TE/TM applications. Over 70% efficiency achieved basic uniform 1D without any reflectors incorporated....

Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristor (IGCT) gate driver unit (GDU) is the key hub of secondary control systems and primary high-voltage high-current power devices. However, utilization discrete devices in design presents several drawbacks, including numerous components, limited electromagnetic immunity, reduced reliability, increased consumption. Consequently, trend towards chipization advancement IGCT drive technology deemed inevitable. Due to high level integration required for...

<title>Abstract</title> Lung cancer is a primary malignant tumor of the lung that poses greatest health risk to population. An immune-associated protein family gene called T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 1 (TIM-1) can be utilized as an immunological marker help diagnose cancer. However, correlation between TIM-1 polymorphisms has not been reported, so present study focused on genotyping polymorphic loci (rs1501909, rs2036402, rs2270924, rs870581) by TaqMan probe assay, aim was...

ABSTRACT The precursor composed of phytic acid (PA) and sodium alginate (SA) was fabricated using the sol–gel technique subsequently applied as a coating on surface rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF). PA/SA aerogel obtained freeze‐drying technology to enhance fire resistance flame‐retardant properties RPUF. Subsequent testing revealed that 0.5 mm thick effectively enhances flame retardancy composite. Limiting oxygen index (LOI) composites stands at an impressive 30.4 vol%, it attains V‐0 rating...
