Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus (LSA) is an inflammatory dermatosis of unknown etiology, usually affecting the genital region, with extragenital involvement being uncommon. The coexistence LSA and morphea in same lesion rare. present study aims to demonstrate that might share similar pathologic processes.
