Over the past few decades, neuroimaging has become a ubiquitous tool in basic research and clinical studies of human brain. However, no reference standards currently exist to quantify individual differences metrics over time, contrast growth charts for anthropometric traits such as height weight
This paper describes a content analysis of the presence and portrayal age, sex ethnic groups in all prime‐time dramas comedies from major networks 1999. Older adult, child, female, Latino characters were underrepresented, whereas middle‐aged, male, white overrepresented. No group differences found terms whether shown or minor roles. Abstract Over the past few decades, neuroimaging has become a ubiquitous tool in basic research and clinical studies of human brain. However, no reference standards currently exist to quantify individual differences metrics over time, contrast growth charts for anthropometric traits such as height weight 1 . Here, we built an interactive resource benchmark brain morphology, www.brainchart.io , derived from any current or future sample magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data. With goal basing...
Two experiments were conducted in order to test predictions derived from Berlyne's theory of aesthetic preference. According the theory, preference is an inverted-U function arousal potential; determinants potential are summed, with consequence that increase amount one determinant leads a decrease maximally preferred level other determinants; and induced by extraneous stimulation pooled focal stimulus. The supported none these predictions. Preference tended be related its monotonic...
