The development of animal husbandry is closely related to the meat quality small ruminants. Intestinal metabolites and muscle fiber types lambs are important factors that affect their quality, but few studies have examined regulation "intestinal axis" by probiotics. In this study, 12 Sunit were divided into a control group (C) probiotics (P). gene expressions myosin heavy chain, metabolic enzyme activity, short-chain fatty acids in intestines analyzed using gas chromatography-mass...

A. alternata MG1 is a grape endophytic fungus that possess polyphenols biosynthesis pathway and functional gene to improve wine quality. In this study, two methods of MG1—bio-adjunct immobilization carrier—were used in the fermentation Merlot red wine. It was found mixed (MF) exhibits broader application potential than biocapsules. MF significantly (p < 0.05) increased contents fatty acid ethyl esters, acetate esters other but decreased content vinylguaiacol. Principal component analysis...

Abstract Plant growth and development are intricately regulated by molecular mechanisms, with the mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling cascade its associated modules being pivotal. In this study, we identified characterized a member of MAPKKK family, MtMAP3Kδ6 , from Medicago truncatula . This gene, classified within B3 subgroup was expressed across various tissues during plant growth. The knockout mutant displayed dwarfism, reduced branching smaller leaf size, whereas...

To improve the meat quality of Nei Mongol mutton and benefits for farmers, we selected Australian salmon hybrid lambs as experimental subjects to investigate effects Allium mongolicum Regel powder (AMR) yeast-fermented distiller’s grains (DGS) on their production performance economic efficiency. The results showed that DGS group had higher kidney index, AMR better quality, efficiency ratio was 2.08. In conclusion, both feeds no adverse lambs, greater potential promotion.

Abstract Drought has a devastating impact, presenting formidable challenge to agricultural productivity and global food security. Among the numerous ABC transporter proteins found in plants, ABCG transporters play crucial role plant responses abiotic stress. In Medicago sativa , function of remains elusive. Here, we report that MsABCG1 WBC‐type highly conserved legumes, is critical for response drought alfalfa. localized on plasma membrane, with highest expression observed roots under normal...

In this study, the safety of fermented lamb sausage was examined. The aim to investigate effect Lactiplantibacillus plantarum X22-2 (LP X22-2) on quality of, and biogenic amine (BA) formation in, sausages during fermentation, maturation, storage. results showed that LP X-22 effective in increasing number lactic acid bacteria (LAB) significantly inhibiting putrescine, histamine, cadaverine, tyramine (p < 0.05). total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) content, peroxide value (POV) fat, pH,...

The transition from grazing to captive rearing resulted in a significant decline meat quality. To enhance the quality of sheep, we examined impact exercise on Sunit lambs. lambs, with similar body weight and aged 3 months underwent 90-day period thought-driven exercise. At end period, collected colonic contents, epithelial tissues, longissimus dorsi muscle, recorded slaughter performance. Exercise was found have content short-chain fatty acids colon. Additionally, it generally reduced mRNA...

Sheep crude tail fat has unique nutritional values and is used as a raw material for high-quality natural oil. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects probiotics on metabolites flavor sheep fat. In study, 12 Sunit were randomly divided into an experimental group (LTF, basal feed + Lactiplantibacillusplantarum powder) control (CTF, feed). results analysis showed that blood lipid parameters significantly lower expression fatty acid synthase stearoyl-CoA desaturase genes higher...
