본 연구는 찔레의 열수추출물과 에탄올추출물간의 항산화 활성 비교를 위해 in vitro에서 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하였으며, DPPH, ABTS, NO radical 소거능 환원력을 <TEX>$10{\sim}500{\mu}g/ml$</TEX>의 농도에서 실험하였다. DPPH 소거능은 열수추출물(4.95~92.15%)과 에탄올추출물(2.76~90.55%)이 모두 농도 의존적으로 유의성 있게 높아졌으며 열수추출물이 더 높은 소거능을 보였다. 본 연구는 이유 (생후 2개월) 전 농후사료 (무조사료) 급여가 한우 어린 송아지의 반추위 유두 발달에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 수행하였다. 총 24두 (수 12두, 암 12두)의 생후 6일령 어린송아지를 3처리구에 배치하였고, 각각 어미젖을 포유할 수 있는 시설에서 사육하였다. 처리구는 크게 농후사료구 (무조사료구)와 조사료구로 구분하였고, 농후사료구는 농후사료의 섭취량에 따른 발달 양상을 위하여, 사료섭취량을 기준으로 고농후사료급여구와 저농후사료급여구로 세분화하였다. 31~60일령의 1일 사료 섭취량은 고농후사료급여구 (380.2 g/d)가 저농후사료급여구 (76.9 g/d) 및 조사료구 (58.3 g/d)에 비하여 유의적 (P<0.05)으로 높았다. 저농후사료급여구의 사료섭취량은 큰 차이를 보였지만 생시체중 60일령 체중은 비슷하게 나타나, 성장에 부족한 영양분은 어미소의 포유로부터 충족된 것으로 사료되었다. 60일령의 체중 대비 무게의 비율은 (1.39%)가...

본 연구는 체계적인 송아지 사양관리 대책을 수립하기 위해 필요한 자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 농가에서 실시하고 있는 이유전 한우 송아지의 현황을 조사하였다. 설문은 전국의 가임암소를 사육하고 농가를 대상으로 도별 농가수 편차가 크게 발생하지 않는 범위에서 임의로 선출하여 방문 총 조사된 농가수는 862농가로, 경기 및 제주를 제외하고는 전 지역(7개 도)에서 비교적 비슷한 농가수가 조사되었으며, 사육두수 규모별 분포는 200두 이상 사육농가가 10.7%로 가장 낮았으나, 이를 제외한 나머지 50두 이하, 51-100두 101-200두 규모 농가의 비율은 비슷하게 조사되었다. 과반수이상(50.6%)의 농가가 생후 6-10일령에 스타터사료 급여를 실시하는 것으로 조사되어 빠른 시기에 스타터를 급여하고 나타났다. 3일에 한번 교체하는 비율이 30.1%로서 높게 나타났으며, 1회/1주일 교체농가(19.2%)의 비율도 1일 1회 교체농가의 비율(18.8%) 보다 높아, 신선한 위해서...
