Objective Gastric cancer (GC) is a leading cause of mortality, with ARID1A being the second most frequently mutated driver gene in GC. We sought to decipher -specific GC regulatory networks and examine therapeutic vulnerabilities arising from loss. Design Genomic profiling patients including Singapore cohort (>200 patients) was performed derive mutational signatures inactivation across molecular subtypes. Single-cell transcriptomic profiles -mutated GCs were analysed tumour...

Aims: To document the spectrum of lesions associated with mucin extravasation (ME) in breast core biopsy specimens, and to correlate open surgical excisions. Methods results: Thirty‐nine 37 women ME on biopsies constituted study group. Fibrocystic change (FC), atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH) carcinoma situ (DCIS) were found 21 (53.8%), 13 (33.3%) four (10.3%) respectively, one (2.6%) consisting only pools. Except for latter, all disclosed mucocoele‐like (MLL) accompanying ME. Columnar cell...

Three cases of oesophago-pleural fistula are presented. Two resulted from foreign body perforation the oesophagus and one followed left lower lobectomy for bronchiectasis. All three presented late; time lapse ranged 6 days to 2 months. An initial course conservative treatment was given all patients. Alimentation via nasogastric tube feeding, gastrostomy or total parenteral nutrition carried out. The pleural fluid grew anaerobe, Bacteriodies melaninogenicus, in cases. Gram-negative aerobes,...
