目的 分析小儿急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)采用三氧化二砷结合全反式维甲酸治疗的效果。 方法 选取本院收治的APL患儿84例,随机分为A组与B组,每组42例。A组予以全反式维甲酸口服,B组在A组基础上加用三氧化二砷治疗,比较两组的完全缓解(CR)率、白细胞峰值、达CR时间、复发率、无病生存率以及不良反应。 结果 ①CR率:A组为64.29%,B组为85.71%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 APL患儿接受全反式维甲酸+三氧化二砷治疗后,复发率降低,CR率较高,值得临床推广。
