Summary Although c-Jun N-terminal Kinase (JNK) represents an attractive anti-cancer target, its pleiotropic functionality limits the use of direct JNK inhibitors. The current study recognizes the significance of estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) as a member nuclear protein family, which holds central role in pathophysiology breast cancer. ERα serves valuable prognostic marker, with its established relevance predicting disease outcomes and treatment responses.
