In current in vitro study we have shown the impact of deuterium content growth medium on proliferation rate human cultured adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC). ADSCs also demonstrated morphological changes when deuterated medium: cell cultures did not reach confluence but acquired polygonal morphology with pronounced stress fibers. At high concentrations population doubling time increased which indicated cycle retardation and decrease rate. The deuterium-depleted media acute chronic...

Cryopreservation is the only established method to provide long-term storage and fast availability of cellular product for therapeutic applications. The overwhelming majority cryopreservation media contain toxic concentrations dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) limiting possibility direct administration cryopreserved cells patients. Here, we propose a novel approach nontoxic xeno-free human multipotent mesenchymal stromal (MSCs) aimed at ensuring high viability, ready-to-use availability, localized...

The adult neural crest-derived stem cells (NCSCs) have significant perspectives for use in regenerative medicine. most attractive sources NCSC isolation are the hair follicles (HF) and skin dermis (SD) because of easy access minimally invasive biopsy. aim this study was to compare biological properties HF- SD-derived NCSCs after their large-scale expansion. conventional explant method used obtain HF NCSCs. For SD NCSCs, a new combined technique consisting preplating subsequent culturing 3D...

We aimed to study biological properties of human endometrial stromal cells in vitro. The endometrium samples (n = 5) were obtained by biopsy at the first phase menstrual cycle from women with hypoplasia. In all cases, a voluntary written informed consent was patients. Endometrial fragments dissociated enzymatic treatment. The cultured DMEM/F12 supplemented 10% FBS, 2 mМ L-glutamine and 1 ng/ml FGF-2 multi-gas incubator 5% CO2 O2. At P3 subjected immunophenotyping, multilineage...

In this study, using new approach (laser diffraction + biological dyes), we have demonstrated the decrease of cells viability in vitro deuterated growth medium, whereas deuterium-depleted there was an increase cell viability. We also found that not all dyes are equally sensitive to D / H ratios culture medium (system) as well different types (cancer vs normal cells).

Abstract In this study, we performed an adipogenic differentiation of human adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) in vitro with different deuterium content (natural, low and high) the culture medium during process parallel analysis gene expression, metabolic activity cell viability/toxicity. After ADSCs into adipocytes have done efficiency determined a type resulting (by morphology, UCP1 protein detection adipokine production analysis). We found that high (5 × 10 5 ppm) significantly inhibit...

Aim: Based on our preliminary positive clinical results with use of cultured bone marrow-derived multipotent mesenchymal stem/stromal cells in traumatology, aim was to develop living three-dimensional tissue-engineered equivalent transplantation technology for restoration critical sized defects caused by combat related high energy trauma. Materials and Methods: To fabricate we used devitalized allogeneic scaffolds (blocks chips) seeded autologous cells: mix periosteal progenitor endothelial...

71 The neural crest (NC), a transient structure in embryo development, is unique to vertebrates. NC derived from the ectoderm and formed at border of neuroectoderm somatic ectoderm. Originally represented by cell population lying form epithelial cords emerging both sides tube. At neurulation process end cells undergo an epithelialmesenchymal transition (EMT) migrate distantly various tissues organs developing embryo, where they give rise multiple differentiated types [1, 2]. In adult...

Orbital trauma is associated with simultaneous damage of several structures different histological genesis, mutually aggravating the pathological processes in them and forming a 'vicious circle' pathogenesis. The degeneration orbital soft tissue content (including oculomotor muscle, nerves retrobulbar tissue) negatively affects restoration such important as eyeball, visual nerves, may cause facial asymmetry due to post-traumatic enophthalmos [2].In this case, rehabilitation patients takes...

NC-MSCs are ca pable of directed differentiation into adipocytes, osteoblasts, keratocytes, neurons, Schwann and other cell types [1, 2]. Due to these properties, can be used restore cranial bone defects, peripheral nervous system corneal stroma lesions. However, suspension transplantation has several restrictions as similar approach applied not all tissue defects. It was not-ed also low...

It was shown that structure is represented by a cellular framework with bimodal porosity sphere-like large pores and were not filled powder particles during compaction. For such ceramics, increase pore volume accompanied increased strain in an elastic area. also ZrO2 had no acute or chronic cytotoxicity. At same time, possess following osteoconductive properties: adhesion...
