Synthesis methods, shape and size of the nanocrystalline titanium dioxide (TiO2) are very crucial parameters for power conversion efficiency dye sensitized solar cells. In this article, nanoparticles TiO2 powders have been synthesized via flame spray pyrolysis hydrothermal sol-gel methods. These characterized by X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy. particular, photovoltaic performances cells based on method compared. A commercial dye, N719 a platinum doped counter electrode used...

Abstract This paper presents the utilization of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether (EGME) during synthesis ZnO and La:ZnO with two tasks as a solvent fuel source within gel combustion technique. The use EGME for this purpose provides one-step production nanoparticles (NPs) saves considerable amount time. detailed characterization was carried out by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), particle size analyzer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),...

Abstract In this study, manganese ferrite (MnFe 2 O 4 ) nanoparticles were produced through flame spray pyrolysis (FSP). To investigate the effects of heat treatment, annealed between 400 and 650°C for h in air a comparative manner. The structural, chemical, morphological, magnetic properties evaluated using X‐ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), respectively. XRD...

Herein, we report the fabrication of zinc oxide nanowire (ZnO NW) coated carbon fiber (CF) ultra-microelectrodes (UME). ZnO NWs were grown on commercial multifilament CFs through hydrothermal process in a teflon-lined autoclave at 90 °C for 4 h. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman and scanning electron microscopy characterizations showed that crystalline well oriented NW structures successfully obtained. The pH sensitive UME was carried out by novel approach which allowed controlling protruding...
