The objective of this paper is to measure the technical, allocative and economic efficiencies sugarcane farms in Pakistan. These are measured by data envelopment analysis method using farm level collected from 333 growers Pakistan 2008. results show that average technical efficiency 75 percent, 83 cost 62 percent. indicate can reduce costs production 38 percent produce same output inputs optimal proportion improving efficiency. also existing potentially be increased 33.33 with farms.
