'한라골드'는 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원 온난화대응농업연구센터에서 육성한 10월에 수확하는 황색과육 신품종이다. Actinidia chinensis cv. Golden Yellow을 모본으로 하고 A. 이 연구는 축산물 중 포레이트 및 대사산물 5종의 안전관리를 위한 공정분석법을 확립하기 위하여 수행하였으며 분석법의 선택성, 검출한계 정량한계, 회수율에 대한 검증을 통하여 공정시험법으로의 유효성을 확인하였다. 5종을 신속하고 효과적으로 동시에 분석하기 LC-MS/MS를 사용하였고, 1% 아세트산 포함 아세토니트릴 추출 후 PSA, C18을 이용해 정제하였다. 개발된 평균 회수율은 79.2-113.9%였으며, 분석오차는 19.2% 이하로 정확성 재현성이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다. 분석법은 국제적 잔류농약 분석 가이드라인에 적합한 수준이었으며 잔류검사를 공정분석법으로 활용할 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 제주지역 농경지 이용유형과 토양특성별 미생물체량과 탈수소효소활성을 평가 하고자 수행하였다. 밭(50), 과수원(50), 논(30), 시설재배(30) 토양을 3월에 채취 후 토양화학성과 탈수소효소활성, 미생물체량을 분석하였다. 밭 토양의 평균 pH는 6.3이었고 과수원, 시설재배지 토양은 조사지점간에 화학성분 함량의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 돈분퇴비를 시용하는 감귤재배농가의 토양 내 아연과 구리함량은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 탈수소효소활성과 미생물체량은 이용유형에 상관없이 비화산회 토양이 화산회토양보다 높았다. 탈수소효소활성은 논, 토양보다 2-4배 이상 높았고 비화산회토의 밭토양은 38.7 ug TPF <TEX>$24^{h-1}g^{-1}$</TEX>를 나타냈다. 가장 많았으며 비화산회토양은 216.8 <TEX>$mg\;kg^{-1}$</TEX>였다. 시설재배지의 토양유기물(<TEX>$R^2$</TEX>=0.59), 아연(<TEX>$R^2$</TEX>=0.65),...
