The management of congenital cutaneous candidiasis in a healthy term neonate normal birth weight is unclear. Often, neonates undergo extensive evaluation followed by systemic treatment, which may not be clinically warranted. Here, we present case with candidiasis, whose work-up was minimally invasive and successfully treated one oral dose antifungals topical antifungals, as well review the literature.
