The COllaborative Carbon Column Observing Network has become a reliable source of high-quality ground-based remote sensing network data that provide column-averaged dry-air mole fractions carbon dioxide (XCO2), methane (XCH4), and monoxide (XCO). fiducial reference measurements these gases from the COCCON complement TCCON NDACC-IRWG data. This study shows application for validation existing greenhouse gas satellite products. includes XCH4 XCO products European Copernicus Sentinel-5 Precursor...

Abstract Degradation in air quality could be a potential factor for decreasing solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation. However, our understandings of the airborne particulate matter (PM) to reduce actual PV generation remain unclear. This study quantifies attenuation impacts PM on cloudless days at Yeongam and Eunpyeong-gu plants installed Republic Korea. The reduction rate according substantial amount is calculated by constructing multiple regression models based record, observed...

A general problem when designing functional nanomaterials for energy storage is the lack of control over stability and reactivity metastable phases. Using high-capacity hydrogen candidate LiAlH4 as an exemplar, we demonstrate alternative approach to thermodynamic stabilization metal hydrides by coordination nitrogen binding sites within nanopores N-doped CMK-3 carbon (NCMK-3). The resulting LiAlH4@NCMK-3 material releases H2 at temperatures low 126 °C with full decomposition below 240 °C,...

Abstract Despite the importance of understanding urban emission characteristics greenhouse gases (GHGs) and air pollutants, few studies have conducted integrated assessments across diverse environments. Herein, we a comprehensive evaluation GHGs pollutants in seven cities Northern Hemisphere using ground‐based Fourier transform spectrometers. Our analysis primarily focused on ratios excess column‐averaged dry‐air mole fractions carbon monoxide (CO) to dioxide (CO 2 ) (∆XCO:∆XCO those methane...
