Hepatic endometriosis is a very rare medical condition characterized by the implantation of ectopic endometrial tissue within hepatic parenchyma. Preoperative diagnosis difficult via cross-sectional imaging and histopathologic evaluation remains gold standard for diagnosis. We report case endometrioma in 44-year-old woman with history endometriosis. The literature reviewed, magnetic resonance findings together differential are highlighted.

Cavernous hemangioma is a vascular tumor that are usually incidentally discovered during routine radiologic evaluation. Adrenal cavernous extremely rare benign of the adrenal gland. Colovaginoplasty is a surgical technique using segment of the colon along its vascular pedicle to form neovagina and lining. This surgery usually performed on women with androgen insensitivity syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, vaginal agenesis, mullerian in sex reassignment surgery.
