We reported the first lysosome targeted two-photon fluorescent probe (Lyso-NP) as a viscosity for monitoring autophagy. The fluorescence lifetime of Lyso-NP exhibited an excellent linear relationship with value (R2 = 0.99, x 0.39). also showed specific capability imaging lysosomal under excitation at 860 nm along good biocompatibility. More importantly, could be used to monitor autophagy process in living cells by quantitatively detecting changes during membrane fusion via imaging.

The chemoresistance of lung cancer is a significant contributor to its high mortality and morbidity rate. There an urgent need identify differentially expressed genes in patients with poor prognosis develop effective means overcome drug resistance subsequent treatment. In this study, we identified the secreted phosphoprotein 1 ( SPP1 ) as potential gene associated diagnosis using Cancer Genome Atlas analysis, which suggested that expression tumor tissues was significantly higher than normal...

As an important metabolic intermediate of sulfur-containing amino acids in human body, homocysteine (Hcy) is regarded as independent risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Therefore, real-time monitoring the fluctuation Hcy level great importance early diagnosis well treatment atherosclerosis. Herein, a new two-photon (TP) fluorescent probe (RH-2) was developed via hydrogen bond-assisted strategy, which had high specificity detecting over cysteine (Cys) and glutathione (GSH)...

A benzimidazole-decorated two-photon fluorescent probe (Lyso-MPCB) based on the p-methoxyphenylacetylene-substituted carbazole was developed for detecting lysosomal pH with a double-channel signal, which can be used to visualize autophagy by real-time imaging fluctuation of in lysosomes.

Two novel water-soluble coumarin-based compounds (OC7, NC7) were designed and synthesized as two-photon fluorescent probes for biological Mg(2+) detection. The feature a β-keto acid high selective binding site the coumarin framework fluorophore. OC7 NC7 show significant "off-on" detecting signals (9.05-fold 23.8-fold fluorescence enhancement) lower detection limits compared with previous reported Mg(2+). Moreover, OC7-Mg(2+) NC7-Mg(2+) exhibit large absorption cross sections (340 615 GM) at...

A novel 2D lanthanide coordination polymer {Eu-CP (1)} based on a 3-bis(3-carboxyphenyl)imidazolium (L) ligand was successfully assembled through solvothermal method. Luminescence tests indicate that 1 has excellent selectivity and sensitivity to detect Fe3+/Fe2+, Cr2O72-, series of nitroaromatic explosives. Interestingly, can effectively distinguish CrVI anions (CrO42-/Cr2O72-), which is difficult for most the reported CPs. Furthermore, in detection process, be simply quickly regenerated...

Pyroptosis is closely related to the development and treatment of various cancers; thus, comprehensive studies correlations between pyroptosis its inductive or inhibitive factors can provide new ideas for intervention diagnosis tumors. The dysfunction mitochondria may induce in cancer cells, which be reflected by fluctuations microenvironmental parameters as well changes mitochondrial DNA level morphology, etc. To precisely track assess mitochondria-associated process, simultaneous...

Thiols play a vital role in both the physiological process and organic synthesis field, including aliphatic thiols (e.g., Cys, Hcy, GSH) thiophenols. As result of similarities terms molecular structure chemical properties, it is difficult for conventional fluorescent probes to distinguish them, which hinders progress biological pathological research. Keeping this mind, dual-site dual-excitation probe (YY) was designed among thiophenols by three different reaction paths. When excited at 470...
