Abstract Complex dielectric ( ε * = ε′ − jε″ )/electric modulus M M′ + jM ″), loss tangent (tan δ ), and ac conductivity σ ) properties of Au/(S-DLC)/p-Si structures were investigated by utilizing admittance/impedance measurements between 80 440 K at 0.1 0.5 MHz. Sulfur-doped diamond-like carbon (S:DLC) was used an interlayer Au/p-Si interface electrodeposition method. The capacitance/conductance (C/G) or ' ~ C) ″ G) values found to be highly dependent on both frequency temperature. increase...

This study was aimed to investigate the welding parameters on mechanical behavior of 2 mm thick AA1050 sheet materials joined by cold metal transfer (CMT) method. Macro structural examination showed that decreasing heat input decreased pore size in weld metal. Tensile test applied and failure occurred affected zone aluminum Maximum tensile strength found sample with minimum input. Heat observed explicitly produced maximum Decreasing joint gap bending positively. Bending superior bonding line length.

Abstract In this study, the effect of aging heat treatment on hardness AA 2024 and 6063 aluminum alloys was investigated by experimental an Artificial Neural Network (ANN). were solution treated at two different temperatures 490° C 520° C. Then both samples cooled to room temperature. After process, aged three (140° C, 180° 220° C) for ten periods time (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 h.). The results trained in ANNs program, compared with values. It is observed that coincided results.
