Abstract Traditionally, isoscaling has been interpreted and applied within the framework of grand canonical ensemble, based on assumption that fragment production occurs following attainment a statistical equilibrium state. However, influence symmetry energy can lead to differences in neutron density distribution neutron-rich nuclei. This turn may impact parameters (usually denoted by α β ). We examine properties for fragments produced highly asymmetric systems inverse kinematics, namely Ca...

Abstract An E parallel B type neutral particle analyzer (E//B NPA) with mass and energy resolution has been developed successfully conducted its first experiment on the HL-3 tokamak. The calibration of E//B NPA was performed using H + D beams a 300 kV ion accelerator. Results indicate that is capable detecting in range 27.4 keV to 462.4 15.6 233.4 keV, an less than 10%. <title>Abstract</title> Ecnoglutide is a cAMP biased GLP-1 analogue developed for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and obesity. We conducted randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 trial (NCT05680155) in Chinese participants with T2DM. Participants were randomised (2:2:1:1) to receive ecnoglutide 0.6 mg or 1.2 volume-matched placebo 24 weeks, then all 28 weeks. The primary endpoint was change glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) from baseline at week 24. 211...

The characteristic properties of the hot nuclear matter existing at time fragment formation in multifragmentation events produced reaction $^{64}$Zn + $^{112}$Sn 40 MeV/nucleon are studied. A kinematical focusing method is employed to determine multiplicities evaporated light particles, associated with isotopically identified detected fragments. From these data primary isotopic yield distributions reconstructed using a Monte Carlo method. good agreement isotope obtained from AMD transport...

The excitation energies of the primary hot isotopes in multifragmentation events are experimentally reconstructed reaction system ${}^{64}$Zn $+$ ${}^{112}$Sn at 40 MeV/nucleon. A kinematical focusing method is employed to evaluate multiplicities evaporated light particles associated with isotopically identified fragments $3\ensuremath{\le}Z\ensuremath{\le}14$. Angular distributions velocity spectra charged and neutrons trigger examined. moving source fit used separate kinematically...

Thermal interdiffusion is used to shift peak response wavelength of quantum well infrared photodetectors. A maximum 0.7 µm red-shift for 900°C annealed devices compared with as-grown one has been obtained. Error function potential profile calculate the intermixing process. The large attributed Si-dopant enhanced intermixing. Dark current decreased about 5 times sample than one, which out-diffusion. experimentally observed reduction in responsivity out-diffusion and degradation interfaces.

We report tiny strain-induced piezoelectric effects in an ultrahigh-quality AlGaAs/GaAs V-groove quantum wire structure. Zero photoluminescence excitation (PLE) absorption intensities are observed at low temperatures. Excitation power density-dependent optical properties provide evidence that the zero PLE due to internal electric field created by polarization along wires, which causes complete spatial separation of electron and hole wave functions wires. Absorption is enhanced shining a...
