Tumor-reactive CD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) represent a subtype of T cells that can recognize and destroy tumor specifically. Understanding the regulatory mechanism tumor-reactive has important therapeutic implications. Yet DNA methylation status this cell not been elucidated. In study, we segregate bystander TILs, as well naïve effector memory subtypes controls from colorectal cancer patients, to compare their transcriptome methylome characteristics. Transcriptome profiling...

Dynamic combinatorial library (DCL) has emerged as an efficient tool for ligand discovery and become important modality in biomedical research. However, the applications of DCLs have been significantly hampered by low diversity limited analytical methods capable processing large libraries. Here, we report a strategy that addressed this limitation can select cooperatively binding small-molecule pairs from large-scale dynamic Our approach is based on DNA-mediated hybridization, DNA-encoding,...

An Yb-doped, all-polarization-maintaining fiber laser oscillator with a nonlinear amplifying loop mirror is presented in this letter. A new compact non-reciprocal phase shifter biased was engaged inside the laser, which results low threshold and stable mode locking. With 2.8-nm filter cavity, locked output power 4.1 mW repetition rate of 31.35 MHz at pump 80 mW. The spectral bandwidth pulse 3.1 nm. pulsewidth direct dechirped are 2.13 ps 538 fs, respectively. plays significant role spectrum width.

Recently, perfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) have received great attention from both academia and the industry due to their persistence health risks. Here, we developed a simple ternary self-assembled micelle composite, consisting of photosensitive substance (indole acetic acid, IAA), cationic surfactant (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide), contaminant (PFAS). Owing rapid hydrated electron transfer IAA PFAS in micelle, degradation defluorination were greatly enhanced even under ambient...

The eukaryotic genome is folded into higher-order conformation accompanied with constrained dynamics for coordinated functions. However, the molecular machinery underlying these hierarchically organized three-dimensional (3D) chromatin architecture and remains poorly understood. Here by combining imaging sequencing, we studied role of lamin B1 in dynamics. We found that depletion leads to detachment lamina-associated domains (LADs) from nuclear periphery global redistribution decompaction....

We report a mode-locked fiber laser working at 1 GHz fundamental repetition rate. The delivers 600 mW average power pump of 1800 mW. pulse spectrum bandwidth was 23 nm to support 64 fs near-transform-limited pulses. An octave-spanning supercontinuum from 590 1350 generated in tapered photonic crystal solely with the fiber-laser output, without amplifiers. A 30 dB fceo beat signal detected via f-to-2f interferometer.

Over 100 million children worldwide suffer from mental distress, with incidence rates steadily increasing. However, the combined impacts of air pollution and non-optimal temperature on schoolchildren's health, as well disparities across urban rural schools between genders, remain insufficiently explored. Utilizing 95,658 distress records school in eastern China, we developed nine composite exposure scenarios to evaluate health short-term (0-14 days) particulate matter (PM) (i.e., PM1, PM2.5,...
