Our previous study reported that microRNA-375 (miR-375) is significantly upregulated in ventricular septal myocardial tissues from 22‑week‑old fetuses with defect as compared normal controls. In the present study, specific effects of miR‑375 on P19 cell differentiation into cardiomyocyte‑like cells were investigated. Stable lines overexpressing or containing empty vector established, which could be efficiently induced presence dimethyl sulfoxide vitro. overexpression was verified using...

Fatty acid-binding protein 3 (FABP3) is a member of the intracellular lipid-binding family, and primarily expressed in cardiac muscle tissue. Previously, we found that FABP3 highly patients with ventricular-septal defects often used as plasma biomarker idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy, may play significant role development these humans. In present study, aimed to investigate embryonic zebrafish heart, specifically how morpholino (MO) mediated knockdown would affect heart this species. Our...

Fatty acid binding protein 3 (FABP3, also termed heart‑type fatty protein) is a member of the intracellular lipid‑binding family that may be essential in transport, cell growth, cellular signaling and gene transcription. Previously, we demonstrated FABP3 was involved apoptosis‑associated congenital cardiac malformations; however, its mechanism regulation remains unclear. Apoptosis has increasingly been considered to important development. In present study, zebrafish model used investigate...

To explore the effects of LYRM1 knockdown on proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation and mitochondrial function in embryonic carcinoma (P19) cell model cardiac differentiation. Knockdown using small interfering RNA (siRNA) was confirmed by quantitative real-time PCR. Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8) proliferation assays cycle analysis demonstrated that gene silencing significantly inhibited P19 proliferation. Flow cytometry measurement their caspase-3 activities revealed increased apoptosis....

In this paper, we present a novel strategy to construct folic acid functionalized conjugated Cu nanoclusters (CuNCs) and silica (SiO2) nanocomposites for targeted detection of cancer cells. First all, BSA capped CuNCs were encapsulated into SiO2 matrix. The resulting CuNCs@SiO2 nanoparticles showed bright red fluorescence with an enhanced photoluminescence quantum yield compared free CuNCs, as well improved stability in complex biological environment owning the protection Upon attachment via...

A new photochromic diarylethene compound, 1-[2-methyl-3-benzothiophene]-2- [5-(3-chlorobenzene)-2-methyl-3-thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene(1a), was synthesized and its photochromism photo-induced anisotropy investigated. It showed good functioned as an effective fluorescent photoswitch in solution. In hexane, the open-ring isomer of 1a exhibited relatively strong fluorescence at 417 nm when excited 315 nm.
