Abstract A photo‐involved Li‐O 2 battery with carbon nitride (C 3 N 4 ) is presented as a bifunctional photocatalyst to accelerate both oxygen reduction and evolution reactions. With illumination in discharge process, photoelectrons generated the conduction band (CB) of C are donated O for − , which undergoes second electron 2− gives final product Li ; reverse holes left behind valence (VB) plus an applied lower voltage than equilibrium drive oxidation. The significantly increased 3.22 V,...

Rare-earth (RE) solid-state halide electrolytes have been extensively studied recently in the field of lithium (Li) ion all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs) due to their excellent electrochemical performances. Herein, a new RE-based solid electrolyte Li3HoBr6 (LHB) has synthesized and exhibits high Li conductivity up mS cm-1 at room temperature. Theoretical calculations identified four different migration pathways, which out-of-plane pathways are much more favorable than direct in-plane...

Abstract Most luminescent materials can only emit light with a particular wavelength. In general, various phosphors complementary spectral ranges are mixed to realize full‐spectrum lighting. Therefore, the integration of luminescence at different wavebands in single component matrix obtain white emission is optimal strategy for designing lighting materials. Thus, Sc‐based double perovskite Cs 2 AgScCl 6 : x Bi adjustable free exciton and self‐trapped synthesized by vacuum evaporation...

Abstract Neuromorphic vision hardware, embedded with multiple functions, has recently emerged as a potent platform for machine vision. To realize memory in sensor reconfigurable and non-volatile manipulation of photocarriers is highly desirable. However, previous technologies bear mechanism challenges, such the ambiguous optoelectronic high potential barrier, resulting limited response speed operating voltage. Here, first time, we propose critical band-to-band tunnelling (BTBT) based device...

This paper presents a novel cross-coupled current conveyor based CMOS transimpedance amplifier (TIA) design to obtain an input capacitive load insensitive and very low noise structure. The proposed structure is presented with implementation in GlobalFoundries' 0.18- μm 1.8-V industry compatible technology. whole TIA circuit consumes only 31.5 mW of dc power. Measured results show -3 dB bandwidth about 4 GHz 0.25 pF photodiode capacitance. single-ended gain for positive output port 46 Ω....
