We investigate algebraic bright and vortex solitons in self-defocusing (SDF) media with a type of spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearity. For specific choice the nonlinearity parameters, certain exact analytical solutions for have been constructed. By applying linear stability analysis, regions these are obtained numerically. In addition, we show analytically that homogeneous SDF superposed by localized self-focusing can support under conditions.

Based on the concept of starving tumor therapy, in this study we put forward a new idea that pH-sensitive Ca2+ delivery calcium carbonate nanoparticles (CaCO3 NPs) induced blood coagulation vessels, and first explored effect CaCO3 NPs vitro vivo by acid stimulus. with size about 100 nm porous structure several nanometers were synthesized an emulsion system, which showed high loading capacity (49%) doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX) encapsulation efficiency 98% drug delivery. The hemolysis test...

Gene therapy is a promising clinical solution to hearing loss. However suitable gene carriers for the auditory system are currently unavailable. Given unique structure of inner ear, route delivery and transfer efficiency still not optimal at present. This study presented non-viral in vivo Atoh1 (a potentially therapeutic loss) rat cochlea. We treated polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers by activating modifying with Na-carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrins (CM-beta-CD) sequence. A novel carrier...

The controlled protein adsorption and delivery of thermosensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) nanogels were investigated under different temperatures, pH values ionic strengths by using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a model protein. BSA in deionized water was due to one or several four contributions, i.e. the electrostatic attraction between nanogels, seizing action BSA, hydrophobic interaction physical diffusion depending on temperature value. At 37 °C 4.0, largest 23.5 μg mg-1...

Ovarian cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in women, with low five-year survival rates. Therefore, it essential to seek new treatment options. Olaparib, a PARP inhibitor, has benefited many ovarian patients, but olaparib much less effective as single agent 50% patients high grade severe tumors. Proguanil, which was originally developed an anti-malarial drug, gained attention due its anti-tumor effects. Here, we evaluated effect combination and proguanil on cells,...

The purpose of the study is to explore application rapid rehabilitation nursing strategy in perioperative period laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for patients with prostate cancer. A total 120 cancer undergoing were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases per group. control group was given routine care, and experimental received strategies. stress hormone (cortisol norepinephrine) levels, patient satisfaction, length hospitalization, hospitalization costs, postoperative complication...

Our previous research results showed that both Ras homolog family member C (RhoC) and IQ-domain GTPase-activating protein 1 (IQGAP1) were over-expressed in gastric cancer tissues cells, but their role tumorigenensis has not been addressed clearly.Herein we reported the proliferation stimulating effect of RhoC IQGAP1 on cells interaction between two proteins regulating cells.Plasmids viral constructs encoding target siRNA DNA used to alter expression IQGAP1.MTT method BrdU incorporation assay...

The mosquito midgut harbors a highly dynamic microbiome that affects the host metabolism, reproduction, fitness, and vector competence. Studies have been conducted to investigate effect of gut microbes as whole; however, different could exert distinct effects toward host. This article provides methodology study each specific microbe potential mechanism. protocol contains two parts. first part introduces how dissect midgut, isolate cultivable bacteria colonies, identify species. second...
