A 3-year-old female dog was referred to the clinics of İstanbul University with complaint abdominal distention. On basis clinical findings and ultrasonography, a mass detected in left ovary. In this study we investigated the effects of antibiotic and intraperitoneal ozone administration on pro-inflammatory cytokine, antioxidant levels tissue damage in treatment experimentally infectious peritonitis.
