In this paper, we present a simulation study on clocking misalignment tolerance of pipelined magnetic quantum-dot cellular automata (MQCA) architectures. By the three-phase and deduced model, systematic evaluation impacts four fundamental MQCA architectures is performed at non-zero temperatures. It found that for fixed nanomagnet size, majority logic gate most reliable structure, while corner susceptible to misalignment. High temperature gives rise negative effect allowable angles. The...

In this paper, switching behaviors of MQCA inverter and majority logic gate with various nanomagnet thicknesses spacings are studied. Single domain approximation Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation is employed to model simulate the circuits. It shown that thicker needs larger magnetic pulse circuits comprised demonstrate slower switching; more time switch than when they have same spacings. Moreover, it also spacing has a effect on behavior gate.
