To describe a case of foreign body giant cell reaction to silicone oil that presented as salmon-patch conjunctival lesion.An elderly female with prior retinal surgery and tamponade was referred for lesion in the conjunctiva. Biopsy revealed multiple vacuolations cells substantia propria, consistent oil.Silicone can elicit an inflammatory conjunctiva could mimic neoplasm.
