In this paper, we present a LIDAR(Light Detection And Ranging) system as an application of the MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) scanner that was developed in our previous research. The electromagnetically actuated 2-axis driving MEMS operated about X axis at 1.4 kHz and Y 10 Hz is applied for LIDAR provides measurement distance to object. We adopt indirect time flight method measurement. measured through single laser spot scanning beam using scanner. 1, 2 3 m were 118±15 cm, 207.8±23.4...

In this study, we present an innovative method for enhancing the performance of organic electrolyte-gated transistors (OEGTs) through integration nanostructures into their active layers. These increase surface area at interface between electrolyte and semiconductor, effectively boosting charge transport characteristics. Such structural enhancements also contribute to significant improvements in achieving high bias stability. The OEGT, characterized by carrier mobility low-voltage operation,...

In this paper, end gap coupled flexible CPW resonators at 5.8 GHz on 32-μm polyimide film are presented in order to confirm influences such as resonant frequency and quality factor of the resonator with respect extent flexibility substrate. To define criterion perform EM simulation, for first time, a new bent configuration is suggested. Also, before designing resonator, analysis between computed measured characteristic impedances performed function parameter related structure. The responses...
