Camellia chekiangoleosa has a higher oleic acid content and shorter reproductive cycle than typical oil tea plants. It was intensively sampled over six C. seed development stages. The of fatty acids determined by GC showed that the accumulation gradually increased from S1 to S5 stages, maximum concentration reached in S5. Then, declined slightly S6. main component same trend as total acids, except linolenic acid, which remained at low level throughout developmental Changes expression...
Herein, we present a method for the quantitative analysis of broflanilide residues in water, soil, and rice samples from paddy field Jiangxi Province, China. The quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, safe (QuEChERS) was optimized extraction purification residues. Residual concentrations different matrices were then determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). calibration curve showed good linearity all between 0.005 1 mg·L−1, with correlation coefficient greater than 0.99....
Camellia nut shell was collected, dried at room temperature and ground to get fine powder. The powder extracted three times with 95% EtOH, combined, evaporated, then freeze dried. crude dissolved in H2O sequentially fractionated n-hexane, CH2Cl2, EtOAc n-BuOH. A part of fraction chromatographed on a silica gel Sephadex LH-20 columns using MeOH, aqueous EtOAc-n-hexane EtOH-n-hexane isolate gallotannins. Three gallotannins, 1,2-di-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), 1,2,6-tri-O-...
Flavonoid aglycones possess biological activities, such as antioxidant and antidiabetic activities compared to glycosides. Taxifolin, a flavonoid aglycones, is detected only in trace amounts nature not easily observed. Therefore, this study, investigate the hair tonic loss inhibitors effect of taxifolin, high content taxifolin aglycone extract was prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis. Taxifolin effectively regulates apoptosis dermal papilla cells, which associated with loss, based on its strong...
Five new monoterpenoid iridolactones, cornosides A – E (1 5) have been isolated from Cornus controversa. The structures of 1 5 were elucidated on the basis extensive spectroscopic analysis. Cornoside (1) is first natural cis-fused tricyclic dilactone iridoid possessing a 4S-methyl-1H-2,6-dioxahexahydorcyclopent [c, d]indene-1,7 (2 H)-dione ring system. B (2) exhibited potent liver X receptor (LXR) agonistic activity.
