The flake core–shell Cu‐Ag powders are prepared and characterized. Isotropic conductive adhesives (ICAs) filled with silver‐coated copper was by using epoxide resin as matrix tetraethylenepentamine curing agent. characterized scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy, TG‐DTA. results show Ag content in the surface of coated is up to 96.32%. Oxidation resistance high improved greatly investigated And bulk resistivity shear strength ICAs measured. It found...
Porous photocatalytic titania film co-doped with Fe and Si was fabricated on carbon steel substrate by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO).The microstructure of the investigated activity tested measuring photodegradation rate organic methylene blue (MB).The results revealed that obtained composed anatase rutile TiO 2 crystalline phases.Fe were in film. The thick thickness about 25μm.It double layered a compact inner layer loose out layer. The surface coarse porous covered micro pores. The MB...
