The detection of Enterobacteriaceae carrying the carbapenemase KPC has been problematic. Thirty isolates KPC-possessing Escherichia coli were gathered from hospitals in New York City and Connecticut. imipenem, meropenem, doripenem, ertapenem MIC50 values 4, 2, 1, 4 μg/ml, respectively. To report a case of young female who presented with scotoma in the right eye for few days.Krill's disease or acute retinal pigment epithelitis (ARPE) is self-limiting no specific treatment. Typical clinical and imaging features helped us to diagnose her ARPE. Intravenous methylprednisolone (IVMP), which gives rapid anti-inflammatory response, was advised.
