Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is a major pathogenic bacterium responsible for bacterial foodborne diseases, making its rapid, specific, and accurate detection crucial. In this study, we develop ratiometric biosensor based on the recombinase polymerase amplification-clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/CRISPR associated protein 12a (RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a) system Eu-metal–organic framework (Eu-MOF) fluorescent nanomaterials high-sensitivity of S. aureus, combining with RPA...
Ochratoxin A (OTA) frequently contaminates grains and consequently threatens human health. Herein, we develop a regenerable signal probe apply it to Au-based screen-printed electrode module (SPE) for OTA determination. The probe, containing structural covalent organic framework, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), indicative methylene blue (MB), highly selective aptamer, is synthesized with hydrothermal self-assembly methods. SPE permanently functionalized Prussian (PB), AuNPs, semicomplementary...
Paper-based fluorescence devices, with smartphone aids, bring considerable operation convenience for tetracycline (TC) sensing. Nevertheless, they must meet the challenge in real determination against complicated backgrounds. Considering that, we present a programmable-printing paper-based device and then apply it to TC various natural samples. MoS2 NPs Gmp/Eu-Cit are synthetized as composite probes. A static quenching process is found NP at 430 nm, while significant magnification of...
Residues of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) raise considerable concern, while identifying OPs from unknown sources is still a challenge to onsite fluorescence techniques. Herein, dual-emission-capture sensor module, based on TPB-DMTP@S-CDs/MnO2 composite, developed for OP fingerprint recognition. TPB-DMTP@S-CDs/MnO2, synthesized by hydrothermal method and self-assembly, spectrographically validated as dual-wavelength source. OP-sensitive catalysis (acetylcholinesterase acetylthiocholine...

A collection, nucleic acid release, amplification, and visualization platform for rapid field detection of rice false smut is created.
Mycotoxin contamination frequently causes considerable food safety problems. Unfortunately, for on-site mycotoxin detection, the experimental continuity and stability of results are affected by human operation in sample pretreatment process, which brings a series errors further affects experiment. Considering that, centrifugal microfluidic chip is developed continuous automatic each preprocessing step, can simultaneously pretreat ochratoxin A (OTA), deoxynivalenol (DON), aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)...
The rapid detection of foodborne pathogens, such as Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella, is critical for ensuring food safety. Herein, we present a magnetically controlled electrochemical biosensor integrating CRISPR/Cas12a with Fe3O4@Au nanoparticles designed to achieve ultrasensitive multiplexed detection. By utilization the magnetic separation CRISPR-cleaved ssDNA from nanoparticles, sensor circumvents intricate electrode modifications, enabling direct signal readout. This approach...
Abstract: Total acid content (TAC) and soluble salt‐free solids (SSFSC) in Chinese vinegar are 2 important indicators the assessment of its quality. This paper shows feasibility to determine TAC SSFSC by near‐infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Synergy interval partial least square (Si‐PLS) algorithm was performed calibrate regression model. The number PLS factors intervals were optimized simultaneously cross‐validation. performance model evaluated according root mean error prediction ( RMSEP )...
This study was conducted to assess the effects of boiling, steaming, and oven-cooking on fatty acid profile, physicochemical composition, sensory properties Atlantic salmon fish. The protein content steamed (18.90%) oven-cooked (20.59%) significantly higher than that boiled (16.69%) raw fish (14.73%). Analysis acids profile revealed steaming ( <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M1"> <mi>p</mi> <mo><</mo> <mn>0.05</mn> </math> ) influenced contents by recording lowest SFA...
