Abstract. Purpose: To describe the age‐related change in contrast sensitivity seen 35‐ to 80‐year‐old men an Australian population. Methods: The Florey Adelaide Male Ageing Study (FAMAS) is a prospective population‐based study of aged 35–80 years randomly selected from north‐west suburbs Adelaide. We conducted nested ophthalmic substudy these men. However, risk causing quadriceps weakness falls, costly time resources may be unreliable. We investigated the feasibility a surgeon-performed saphenous ("adductor canal") block from within knee at TKA.(1) Can consistently identified distally on MRI studies, is there...

9510 Background: Darovasertib is a protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor with meaningful activity in metastatic uveal melanoma (UM) due to its effect on PKC delta downstream of canonical GNAQ/GNA11 mutations. To date, clinical patients localized primary disease has not been assessed either neoadjuvant or adjuvant settings. Methods: Patients planned for enucleation UM were treated an initial safety cohort darovasertib 300mg BID 1 month (n=3 patients), and then following DSMB agreement expansion up...
