Neuromorphic computing memristors are attractive to construct low-power- consumption electronic textiles due the intrinsic interwoven architecture and promising applications in wearable electronics. Developing reconfigurable fiber-based is an efficient method realize that capable of neuromorphic function. However, previously reported artificial synapse neuron need different materials configurations, making it difficult multiple functions a single device. Herein, textile memristor network Ag/MoS

Abstract The Degasperis‐Procesi equation can be derived as a member of one‐parameter family asymptotic shallow‐water approximations to the Euler equations with same accuracy that Camassa‐Holm equation. In this paper, we study orbital stability problem peaked solitons on line. By constructing Lyapunov function, prove shapes these peakon are stable under small perturbations. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Most previous analysis of Twitter user behavior is focused on individual information cascades and the social followers graph. We instead study aggregate retweet graph with a focus quantitative descriptions. find that lifetime tweet distribution type-II discrete Weibull stemming from power law hazard function, rate distribution, although asymptotically law, exhibits lognormal cutoff over finite sample intervals, inter-tweet interval exponential cutoff. The small-world scale-free, like graph,...

Quasi-2D perovskites have emerged as a promising luminescent material for perovskite light-emitting diodes (Pe-LEDs). However, efficiency and stability are still obstacles to practical application due numerous defects inefficient energy transfer of films. Herein, functional phenethylammonium bromine-modified CsPbBr3 nanocrystals (PEA-CsPbBr3 NCs) first introduced multifunctional additive simultaneously improve abovementioned problems. PEA-CsPbBr3 NCs not only serve heteronuclear seeds...

Abstract Memristors with an intrinsic crossbar structure and high computing capability offer promising opportunities for the flexible information‐processing component that can well integrate interwoven of electronic textiles. However, it remains difficult to achieve uniform inorganic memristive layer at nanometer thickness on curved surface fiber electrode, thus hindering applications textile memristors. Here, a high‐performing reliable memristor made robust Pt/CsPbBr 3 through...

Quasi-two-dimensional (quasi-2D) Ruddlesden–Popper (RP) perovskites have attracted extraordinary attention due to their favorable energy funnel structures and outstanding optical performance. However, quasi-2D commonly contain the disordered mixture of phases, which results in low transfer between phases subsequently limits performance device. In this work, 4′-(Aminomethyl)-biphenyl-3-carboxylic acid (4-ABCA) was introduced into PEA2(FAPbBr3)2PbBr4 (PEA = phenethylammonium) film. The...

Properties of the underlying hole transport layer (HTL) play a crucial role in determining optoelectronic performance perovskite light-emitting devices (PeLEDs). However, endowing current HTL system with deep highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level concurrent high mobility is still big challenge, particular being an open constraint toward high-efficiency blue PeLEDs. In this regard, employing poly(9-vinylcarbazole) as model, we perform efficient incorporation atomic-precision metal...

Information-processing devices are the core components of modern electronics. Integrating them into textiles is indispensable demand for electronic to form close-loop functional systems. Memristors with crossbar configuration regarded as promising building blocks design woven information-processing that seamlessly unify textiles. However, memristors always suffer from severe temporal and spatial variations due random growth conductive filaments during filamentary switching processes. Here,...

In this paper we study the orbital stability of peaked solitons to Novikov equation, which is an integrable Camassa–Holm type equation with cubic nonlinearity. We show that shapes these are stable under small perturbations in energy space. Dans cet article on étudie la stabilité orbitale des à point de rebroussement l'équation Novikov, une équation intégrable du Camassa et Holm avec non-linéarité cubique.
