Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is a widely used technique in biomedical and chemical analysis. A prototype of comparative frequency response analysis (FRA) system for measuring EIS proposed this work. Compared to traditional FRA-based systems, neither quadrature sinusoidal signals nor two identical sensing paths are needed. The experimental results based on molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) detection melatonin solutions shown validate the measurement system.
