Abstract Albeit sonodynamic therapy (SDT) has achieved encouraging progress in microbial sterilization, the scarcity of guidelines for designing highly effective sonosensitizers and intricate biofilm microenvironment (BME), substantially hamper therapeutic efficacy against infections. To address bottlenecks, we innovatively design a Ru(II) metallacycle‐based sonosensitizer/sonocatalyst (named Ru‐A3‐TTD ) to enhance potency sonotherapy by employing molecular engineering strategies tailored...

Implantable drug delivery systems advocate a wide array of potential benefits, including effective administration drugs at lower concentrations and fewer side-effects whilst increasing patient compliance. Amongst several polymers used for fabricating implants, biopolymers such as polysaccharides are known modulating attributes desired. The review describes the strategies employed development polysaccharide-based implants. A comprehensive understanding polysaccharide starch, cellulose,...

Several therapies and cosmetics are available commercially to prevent or delay cell ageing, which manifests as premature death skin dullness. Use of herbal products such Aloe vera, curcumin, vitamin C-enriched natural antioxidant, anti-inflammatory biomolecules potential ways ageing. Eggshell membrane (ESM) is also a rich source collagen; glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) play an essential role in healing preventing It important use extended therapeutic process prolong the effectiveness these...
