Precise detection of 3-hydroxybutyrate (HB) in biological samples is great importance for management diabetic patients. In this study, an HB biosensor based on single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs)-modified screen-printed electrode (SPE) was developed to determine the concentration serum. The specific detecting enzyme, dehydrogenase, physically immobilised SWCNTs deposited surface SPEs. electrochemical measurement that involved cyclic voltammetry sAgnal produced by j3-nicotinamide adenine...
The chemical composition of essential oil Cyperus rotundus L. grown in Iran was studied by hydrodistillation and GC GC-MS. Analysis the showed predominance sesquiterpene compounds, with presence monoterpenes. Twenty-two compounds were identified from C. rotundus, which cyperene (37.9 %) cyperotundone (11.2 major components.
Abstract In this study we investigated the electrocatalytic oxidation of anti‐inflammatory drug (paracetamol) on Nickel and Nickel–copper alloy modified glassy carbon electrodes (GC/Ni GC/NiCu) in alkaline solution. These prepared by galvanostatic method different electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry chronoamperometry were used to track process its kinetics. From Voltammetric studies concluded that presence drugs anodic peak current low valences species increased, followed a...
The compositions of the essential oil from cyperus conglomerates were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed GC/MS (Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry). Twenty seven compounds identified. Of which cyperene (27.2%) was major component. This is first time that an C. has been found with as constituent. Also, consisted mainly sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, oxygenated sesquiterpenes a small percentage monoterpenes.
Abstract The essential oils obtained by hydrodistillation of aerial part Cyperus difformis L., and arenarius Retz grown in Iran were analyzed GC-MS. Analysis showed the predominance sesquiterpenes compounds addition to monoterpenes. Twenty-three components C. Twentynine representing 87.8 % 89.8 identified, respectively. Cyperene (21.9 %) cyperotundone (12.5 major arenarius, whereas oil difformis, cyperene (34.8 %), (7.8 isorotundene main constituents. Both richer sesquiterpene hydrocarbons...
A new modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) was constructed based on nickel oxide nanoparticles (NiONPs) and graphene nanosheets (Gr) for simultaneous determination of paracetamol (PCM) mefenamic acid (MFA) in aqueous media pharmaceutical dosage forms. NiONPs were synthesized via a simple inexpensive technique characterized using X-ray diffraction method. Scanning electron microscopy used the characterization morphology (NiONPs/Gr/CPE). Voltammetric studies suggest that Gr provide...
Poly(o‐aminophenol) (POAP)/multi‐walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanocomposite and POAP in the absence of MWCNT were fabricated by consecutive cyclic voltammetry (CV) on a graphite (G) electrode. The dispersion nickel (II) ions was accomplished incorporated into polymeric electrodes (G/POAP G/POAP‐MWCNT) immersing them 0.1 M solution. Following preparation G/POAP/Ni G/POAP‐MWCNT/Ni, electrochemical behaviour examined using CV. Scanning electron microscopy used for characterisation...
In this study a new, simple, precise, accurate and economic electrochemical method was developed validated for the voltammetric determination of zolpidem (ZP) using disposable pencil graphite (PG) electrode. The anodic oxidation ZP on surface PG electrode examined in britton robinson (BR) buffer. Square wave cyclic voltammetry were used as techniques potential range 0-1.2 V pH 8 BR studies, diffusion coefficient found to be 3.6×10-6 cm2 s-1. On other hand, has shown well-defined irreversible...

In this study we investigated the electrocatalytic oxidation of saccharose on conductive polymer- Nickel oxide modified graphite electrodes based ability anionic surfactants to form micelles in aqueous media. This NiO electrode showed higher activity than Ni rode saccharose. The anodic peak currents show linear dependency with square root scan rate. behavior is characteristic a diffusion controlled process. Under CA regime reaction followed Cottrellian and coefficient was found agreement...
