We have quantitated CSF and serum levels of Selenium, iron, copper zinc by Atomic absorption spectrophotometer in 36 patients with parkinson's disease all on L-dopa therapy. Out these 19 showed or positive response to where as 21 off response. These data were compared healthy controls. Background: Diabetic patients tend to have complex coronary artery disease (CAD). Understanding their procedural risk may help guiding treatment strategies. Syntax and British Cardiovascular Intervention Society) Jeopardy Score (BCIS-JS) been used define CAD but not compared in diabetic patients. Methods: This is a retrospective analysis of prospectively collected data consecutive who underwent percutaneous intervention (PCI) were deemed unsuitable for surgical revascularization. Both syntax...
Cardiovascular disease is the primary cause of mortality and morbidity in patients with chronic kidney (CKD), particularly those end stage renal (ESRD) undergoing hemodialysis. This paper examines challenges managing acute coronary syndrome (ACS) ESRD patients, focusing on delicate balance between thrombotic bleeding risks. The review explores mechanisms underlying increased risk ESRD, including elevated platelet aggregation, endothelial dysfunction, alterations coagulation factors....
