We report the third case of segmental dilatation duodenum and first to be diagnosed antenatally. The lesion presented as an intra-abdominal cyst on antenatal scan at 17 weeks was followed up with more specific investigations after birth. final diagnosis obtained only laparotomy where dilated segment resected. patient is well eighteen month follow-up.
