This paper introduces a new method of compressing digital images by using the Difference Transform applied in medical imaging. The algorithm performs decorrelation process image data, and this way improves encoding process, achieving file with smaller size than original. proposed proves to be competitive many cases better standards used for such as TIFF or PNG.
