Even if there is a market for specifically designed ammonia sensors, room temperature and long-term stable detection of low trace airborne represent serious challenge that calls immediate alternatives. This communication reports single-step hydrothermally engineered ZnCo 2 O 4 nanoflakes developing energy-efficient economic ammonia-detecting chemiresistor. The formation was revealed through scanning electron microscopy. X-ray diffraction outcomes reveal the crystal structure to be cubic...

A molecular hallmark in Parkinson's disease (PD) pathogenesis are α-synuclein aggregates. Cerebral dopamine neurotrophic factor (CDNF) is an atypical growth that mostly resident the endoplasmic reticulum but exerts its effects both intracellularly and extracellularly. One of beneficial CDNF can be protecting neurons from toxic α-synuclein. Here, we investigated on aggregation vitro vivo. We found directly interacts with a KD = 23 ± 6 nM reduces auto-association. Using nuclear magnetic...

Securing raw material supply for high-tech products and reducing their ecological-economic footprint has become a pressing challenge our society due to increasing demands while natural resources deplete. One solution is seen in closing loops by recycling. But ensure successful re-entry of secondary into the production chain essentially relies on accurate identification materials mixed waste streams order allow precise sorting as pure possible types. A particular relevant, but at same time...

Purpose: Severe vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC) can cause ocular surface disease including partial or complete limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD), especially in early-onset and severe form of VKC. We report a novel technique doughnut amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) along with penetrating keratoplasty (PK) for management LSCD corneal scarring case Methods: Case report. Results: A 17-year-old boy, onset at 8 years age, development over period 9 despite therapy, presented profound...

ABSTRACT Background and Aim: As oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) is a chronic progressive disorder, the treatment based on severity of disease. Surgical only choice for grade III IV OSMF cases because patient can neither clean his/her mouth nor properly chew. The resulting soft tissue defect requires resurfacing with various well-vascularized tissues such as extraoral flaps, intraoral microvascular allografts that have been used. Reconstruction resultant defects proved to be challenging. Till...

Symptoms associated with yellows disease of eggplants were observed in fields Meerut district India. Total DNA extracted from symptomatic and asymptomatic plants was subjected to nested-PCR assay using phytoplasma 16S rDNA primers generic PCR universal begomovirus coat-protein (CP) gene primers. Amplicons expected size obtained both assays. No amplifications plants. The eggplant identified as a member group 16SrVI, while the showed 99% CP identity other whitefly transmitted begomoviruses.
