Background: Treatment options and outcomes in stroke also depends on pre-hospital delays. The goal of this study is to describe onset-to-door times (ODT) across many countries investigate how the mode arrival affects ODT. Methods: This an analysis data from Registry Stroke Care Quality (RES-Q), years 2022&2023. RES-Q used world for audit clinical care. Data were stratified by (EMS vs. non-EMS). Median ODT analyzed, 95% confidence intervals (CI) calculated each country mode. Results: Of...
The exclusive photoproduction of upsilon states $\Upsilon(1S)$ and its radially excited $\Upsilon(2S,3S)$ is investigated in the context ultra-peripheral collisions at LHC energies. Predictions are presented for their production proton-proton, proton-nucleus nucleus-nucleus collision energies available run 2. rapidity transverse momentum distributions shown, robustness model tested against experimental results considering $\psi(1S,2S)$ states. theoretical framework considered analysis...
An effective primary stroke prevention strategy on a global scale should integrate pharmacological (polypill) and lifestyle modifications (motivational population-wide strategy) interventions. Side effects of such an integrative approach are expected to be minimal the benefits among individuals at low-to-moderate risk could significant. In future, pragmatic field trials will provide more evidence.
Rationale: The evidence base for acute post-stroke rehabilitation is inadequate and global guideline recommendations vary. Aim: To define optimal early mobility intervention regimens ischemic stroke patients of mild moderate severity. Hypotheses: Compared with a prespecified reference arm, the dose regimen(s) will result in more participants experiencing little or no disability (mRS 0–2) at 3 months (primary), fewer deaths months, less severe complications during period, faster recovery...
Background: Most strokes and cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are potentially preventable if their risk factors identified well controlled. Digital platforms, such as the PreventS-MD web app (PreventS-MD) may aid health care professionals (HCPs) in assessing managing promoting lifestyle changes for patients. Methods: This is a mixed-methods cross-sectional two-phase survey using largely positivist (quantitative qualitative) framework. During Phase 1, prototype of was tested internationally by...
The exclusive photoproduction of the heavy vector mesons $\psi$'s and $Y$'s is investigated in peripheral lead-lead collisions for energies available at LHC, $\sqrt{s}=2.76$ TeV $\sqrt{s}=5.02$ TeV. In order to evaluate robustness light-cone color dipole formalism, previously tested ultraperipheral regime. It was calculated rapidity distribution as well nuclear modification factor ($R_{AA}$) three centrality classes: 30%-50%, 50%-70% 70%-90%. transition from regime carried out sophisticating...
The exclusive photoproduction of the heavy vector mesons $J/\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Psi}}$ is investigated in context peripheral lead-lead collisions for energies available at LHC, $\sqrt{s}=2.76\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}$ and $\sqrt{s}=5.02\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}$. Using light-cone color dipole formalism, rapidity distribution was calculated two centrality bins 50%--70% 70%--90% order to evaluate its robustness extrapolating down a smaller impact parameter. A modified photon flux introduced,...
In this work we study the suppression of charged hadrons (π±, K±, p and ) in ultrarelativistic heavy ion (UHI) collisions, where quark-gluon plasma (QGP) is believed to be produced. Jet energy loss QGP main explanation for jet quenching, which may suppress number produced while jets traverse dense colorful medium created. By taking into account partons traversing nuclear shadowing parton distributions depending on impact-parameter, calculate modification factor RAA lead-lead collisions at...

Introduction: As acute stroke therapies expand to less well-resourced regions, it is imperative study real-world data assess outcomes and the quality of care. The present analyzes clinical, imaging after IV thrombolysis (IV-tPA) compared mechanical thrombectomy (MT) or combined therapy in LASE. Methods: A retrospective analysis consecutive ischemic cases 17 centers from 9 Latin American (LA) countries since 2012 was performed using weighted Euclidean matching nearest neighbors 3-D space...
<h3>Objective:</h3> We describe a pathway to facilitate and establish sustainable stroke systems of care including creating stroke-certified centers across the Caribbean region. <h3>Background:</h3> Stroke is leading cause neurological related disability death in Caribbean. Intravenous thrombolysis mechanical thrombectomy (MT) are scarce non-existing our region with only one certified center approximately 60 million inhabitants. <h3>Design/Methods:</h3> connected regional experts created...

We analyze the recently discovered phenomena in elastic proton-proton scattering at LHC, challenging standard Regge-pole theory: low-|t| "break" (departure from exponential behavior of diffraction cone), accelerating rise with energy forward slope B(s, t = 0), absence secondary dips and bumps on cone, role odderon phase amplitude, ρ(13 TeV) 0.1 ± 0.01 and, especially, its contribution dip region, measured by TOTEM.Relative contributions different components to amplitude are evaluated fitted model.
