In this paper the total focusing method, so called gold standard in classical beamforming, is compared with widely used time-reversal MUSIC super resolution technique terms of its ability to resolve closely spaced scatterers a solid. The algorithms are tested simulated and experimental array data, each containing different noise levels. performance evaluated lateral sensitivity noise. It shown that for weak situation (SNR>20 dB), provides significantly enhanced when breaking diffraction...

Abstract The perception of fish locomotion is important for understanding their adaptive behaviors and ethological characteristics. However, the main strategy used extracting attitudes involves use a vision-based monitoring system, which limited in its range observation cannot perform tracking long times. Here, we report wearable tagging electronic device, referred to as an underwater vest, capture surrounding flow field disturbances triggered by swimming or momentary postural changes. All...

Impedance measuring circuits play a crucial role in an electrical impedance tomography system, which capacitance and resistance need to be measured accurately at high speed. Several based on phase-sensitive demodulation (PSD) have been designed, tested, presented this paper. The measurement error is analyzed, the mismatch of considered main cause error. A new circuit with dual-frequency PSD has designed solve problem. It proven by experiment that can used measure both uncertainty less than 0.5%.

The 1/f resistance noise is one of the main sources giant magnetoresistive sensors, which will cause intrinsic detection limit at low frequency. To suppress this noise, a vertical motion flux modulation (VMFM) scheme with high efficiency and simple structures proposed. And electrical coupling effect investigated an equivalent circuit model. We found that disturbance can be suppressed by improving symmetry VMFM sensors. sensors has reached 18.8%, higher than most prototype other schemes.
