In this paper, we present the development and testing of an optical-based sensor for monitoring corrosion reinforcement rebar. The was carried out using 80% etched-cladding Fibre Bragg grating to monitor production waste in a localized region Progression can be sensed by observing reflected wavelength shift FBG sensor. A photonic crystal fiber in (PCF-in-PCF) architecture is numerically investigated for residual dispersion compensation optical transmission link. We demonstrate the synthesis of gold nanoparticles in tetrahydrofuran using pulsed laser ablation technique. Both time and solution stirring effect were investigated. At an 30 minutes, average size synthesized significantly reduced from 11 nm to 6 nm. Additionally, percentage greater than 15 as well, 20.00% 0.47%. These observations caused by forced convection flow shock waves rapid pulse that fragmented ablated further into smaller sizes.
