Abstract magnified image A series of pyrimido[4,5‐ b ]quinoline and indeno[2′,1′:5,6]pyrido[2,3‐ d ]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized via the three‐component reaction an aldehyde, 6‐aminopyrimidine‐2,4‐dione 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione or 1,3‐indanedione in ionic liquid 1‐ n ‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bromide ([bmim]Br). This protocol has advantages easier work‐up, milder conditions, high yields environmentally benign procedure compared with other methods.

Previous studies have indicated that monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP‑1), also referred to as C‑C motif chemokine ligand 2, has a significant role in the pathogenesis of sepsis, however, how microRNAs (miRs) contribute this process remains be fully elucidated. In present study, using mouse model disseminated candidiasis, renoprotective effect itraconazole (ITR) and adenovirus‑delivered miR‑124 was investigated. The mice were treated with ITR (50 mg/kg) or transfected mimics via...

Abstract Background Bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) is an acute febrile infectious disease caused by the bovine virus (BVDV), which has brought huge economic losses to world's cattle industry. At present, commercial inactivated BVDV vaccines may cause some adverse reactions during use. This study aims develop a safer and more efficient vaccine. Methods Here, we described generation preclinical efficacy of hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ) type 1 vaccine in mice, administered it separately with...

The interactions between chemical, hydraulic, and mechanical processes in clay soils has garnered significant attention various fields. It is important to study the transport of chemical substances deformation layer under combined action solution loading. Clay a typical porous medium, primarily composed soil skeleton pores, with shape, size, distribution pores being random, making it difficult accurately describe using traditional geometry. A fractal model can be used simulate soils. This...
