Synchronizing thousands of 100% efficient rotors in a macrodevice for harvesting noise is unapprehended. Thermodynamically, realizing thermal gradient at the atomic scale critical. Harvesting free energy or by resonance has hidden clause; either externally activating directed self-powered motion constructing nanoscale power supply. To accomplish this, we combined two rotor concepts, Brownian rotor, BR, and stroke, PS, available living systems planes single molecule. Quantum tunneling images...

Background: The worldwide increase of antimicrobial resistance in ESKAPE pathogens, which includes Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterobacter sp., constitutes a substantial public health hazard, constraining treatment alternatives elevating morbidity mortality rates. As traditional antibiotics diminish efficacy, phytochemicals are capturing interest due to their varied antibacterial characteristics...

A 14-year-old girl presented with increasing cyclical pain, scanty menses, pelvic mass and absence of the left kidney. With both radiological clinical examinations (examination under anaesthesia), diagnosis bicornuate uterus single cervix could be made while on laparotomy, it turned out to uterine didelphys, one obscured by blind hemivagina haematometra haematocolpos in horn, for which hemihysterectomy was done. Post procedure patient relieved pain is menstruating properly.
