Premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common sexual problem experienced by men, and it affects 20%-30% of them. Pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) neuromodulation has been shown to be an effective treatment for a wide range pain conditions. We used PRF treat PE desensitizing dorsal penile nerves in patients resistant conventional treatments. Fifteen with lifelong history PE, defined as intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) <1 minute that occurred more than 90% acts intercourse was...

To investigate the effect of short-term brinzolamide application on human central corneal thickness (CCT).Seventeen eyes 16 patients who underwent neodymium:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy were included in study group. Twenty-two subjects served as controls. Brinzolamide twice daily and fluorometholone four times initiated after procedure. Corneal was evaluated with an ultrasound pachymetry from region. Caudal epidural steroid injections are often used for low back pain. Fluoroscopic guidance has been frequently cited as a requirement this procedure. In preliminary report, we demonstrate that fluoroscopic caudal Tuohy needle placement without real-time imaging may result in inadvertent intravenous injection of the drug. We detected leakage drug 4 cases 10 when was used. Thus, be recommended addition to routine procedures, it improve efficacy and safety by assuring accurate deposition.
