We present Step-Video-T2V, a state-of-the-art text-to-video pre-trained model with 30B parameters and the ability to generate videos up 204 frames in length. A new method of replacing soft soil with lightweight foam concrete (lightweight replacement method, LFCRM) is carried out to treat deep foundation under the low-filled embankment.
