Myeloid sarcoma manifesting as multiple lymphadenopathy is a rare entity. Bilateralism even rarer. It can mimic lymphoma cytologically and histologically. We present case of myeloid mimicking in 32-year-old male. The patient presented with bilateral neck masses generalized for the past one month. A clinical diagnosis was made but fine needle aspiration cytology, histopathology excised lymph node, immunophenotyping cytochemistry on FNA smears confirmed it to be not lymphoma.
