症例の概要:74歳男性.下顎総義歯の動揺と咬合時の義歯床下粘膜の疼痛を主訴に来院した.下顎は著しい顎堤吸収を認めた.下顎総義歯の咬合状態は不良で,口角牽引時に動揺を認めた.下顎総義歯の咬合接触状態および床研磨面形態,人工歯の排列位置の不良による疼痛・咀嚼障害と診断し,上下顎ともに新義歯を製作することとした.下顎義歯にはフレンジテクニックと軟質リラインを行った.
